§ 65-6-10. Storm drains and storm sewers.

A public storm sewer shall be deemed available when such sewer is within:
(1)

One-and two-family dwelling: One hundred (100) feet;

(2)

Any other occupancy: Five hundred (500) feet;

of the premises on which the building is located, measured along a street, and a connection may be made lawfully thereto. (15-95-65; 18-98-65.)
