(a)

District Designation.

The Cabell's Mill Community Parking District is designated as Community Parking District Number 7.

(2)

Blocks included in the Cabell's Mill Community Parking District are described below:

Northbourne Drive (Route 6935):

From Cabell's Mill Drive to the eastern property line of the parcels of land with the street addresses of 13700 and 13701 Northbourne Drive and that are designated by Fairfax County Tax Map Number 54-2 ((4)) parcels 237 and 236 respectively.

Ashcomb Court (Route 6728):

From Cabell's Mill Drive to the cul-de-sac, inclusive.

Baywood Court (Route 6932):

From Indian Rock Road to the cul-de-sac, inclusive.

Broad Brook Court (Route 6938):

From Nourthbourne Drive to the cul-de-sac, inclusive.

Cabell's Mill Drive (Route 6729):

From Heron Drive to Cabell's Mill Drive.

Choptank Court (Route 6933):

From Indian Rock Road to the cul-de-sac, inclusive.

Darrington Way (Route 6939):

From Northbourne Drive to Eastcliff Circle.

Eastcliff Circle (Route 6940):

From Darrington Way east and west to the cul-de-sacs, inclusive.

Edgecomb Court (Route 6730):

From Cabell's Mill Drive to the cul-de-sac, inclusive.

Ellicott Court (Route 6961):

From Ellicott Drive to the cul-de-sac, inclusive.

Ellicott Drive (Route 6937):

From Northbourne Drive to Rushbrook Drive.

Frankford Circle (Route 6962):

From Ellicott Drive to the cul-de-sac, inclusive.

Indian Rock Road (Route 6931):

From Cabell's Mill Drive to the cul-de-sac, inclusive.

Jarrett Court (Route 6934):

Nanticoke Court (Route 6964):

(b)

District Provisions.

(1)

This District is established in accordance with and is subject to the provisions set forth in Article 5B of Chapter 82.

(2)

Parking of watercraft; boat trailers; motor homes; camping trailers; any other trailer or semi-trailer, regardless of whether such trailer or semi-trailer is attached to another vehicle; any vehicle with three or more axles; any vehicle that has a gross vehicle weight rating of 12,000 or more pounds except school buses used on a current and regular basis to transport students; any vehicle designed to transport 16 or more passengers including the driver, except school buses used on a current and regular basis to transport students; and any vehicle of any size that is being used in the transportation of hazardous materials as defined in Virginia Code § 46.2-341.4 is prohibited at all times on the above-described streets, both sides, within the Cabell's Mill Community Parking District.

Signs. Signs delineating the Cabell's Mill Community Parking District shall indicate the following:

Vehicles ≥ 3 Axles
Vehicles GVW ≥ 12,000 lbs.
Vehicles ≥ 16 Passengers
Except School Buses
Hazmat Vehicles
