(a)

District Designation.

(1)

The Centre Ridge Community Parking District is designated as Community Parking District Number 6.

(2)

Blocks included in the Centre Ridge Community Parking District are described below:

New Braddock Road (Route 8350):

From Centrewood Drive to Store House Drive.

Saint Germain Drive (Route 5402):

From Store House Drive to Woodland Ridge Drive.

Field Encampment Road (Route 8352):

From Centrewood Drive to Saint Germain Drive.

Drill Field Court (Route 8353):

From Field Encampment Road to the cul-de-sac, inclusive.

Flag Staff Court (Route 8354):

From Drill Field Court to the cul-de-sac, inclusive.

Guard Mount Court (Route 8417):

From Picket Oaks Road to the cul-de-sac, inclusive.

Muster Court (Route Pending):

From Picket Oaks Road east and west to the cul-de-sacs, inclusive.

Picket Oaks Road (Route 8416):

From Muster Court to the cul-de-sac, inclusive.

Outpost Court (Route 8509):

From Picket Oaks Road to the cul-de-sac, inclusive.

Store House Drive (Route 5402):

From Picket Oaks Road to the cul-de-sac, inclusive.

District Provisions.

(1)

This District is established in accordance with and is subject to the provisions set forth in Article 5B of Chapter 82.

(2)

Parking of watercraft; boat trailers; motor homes; camping trailers; any other trailer or semi-trailer, regardless of whether such trailer or semi-trailer is attached to another vehicle; any vehicle with three or more axles; any vehicle that has a gross vehicle weight rating of 12,000 or more pounds except school buses used on a current and regular basis to transport students; any vehicle designed to transport 16 or more passengers including the driver, except school buses used on a current and regular basis to transport students; and any vehicle of any size that is being used in the transportation of hazardous materials as defined in Virginia Code § 46.2-341.4 is prohibited at all times on the above-described streets, both sides, within the Centre Ridge Community Parking District.

(c)

Signs. Signs delineating the Centre Ridge Community Parking District shall indicate the following:

NO PARKING
Watercraft
Trailers, Motor Homes
Vehicles ≥ 3 axles
Vehicles GVW ≥ 12,000 lbs.
Vehicles ≥ 16 Passengers
Except School Buses
Hazmat Vehicles
