M-8. - Riverview Community Parking District.

(a)

District Designation.

(1)

The Riverview Community Parking District is designated as Community Parking District Number 8.

(2)

Blocks included in the Riverview Community Parking District are described below:

10th Street (Route 1503):

From Belle Haven Road to I Street.

13th Street (Route 1505):

From I Street to H Street and the eastside only from H street to Belle View Boulevard.

Barrister Place (Route 3026):

From the intersection of Barrister Place and Belle Haven Road to the intersection of Barrister Place and Olde Towne Road.

Boulevard View (Route 1502):

From Olde Towne Road to I Street.

H Street (Route 1506):

From 11th Street to Boulevard View.

I Street (Route 1512):

From Wood Haven Road to Boulevard View.

Olde Towne Road(Route 1502):

From 10th Street to Boulevard View.

District Provisions.

This District is established in accordance with and is subject to the provisions set forth in Article 5B of Chapter 82.

(2)

Parking of watercraft; boat trailers; motor homes; camping trailers; any other trailer or semi-trailer, regardless of whether such trailer or semi-trailer is attached to another vehicle; any vehicle with three or more axles; any vehicle that has a gross vehicle weight rating of 12,000 or more pounds except school buses used on a current and regular basis to transport students; any vehicle designed to transport 16 or more passengers including the driver, except school buses used on a current and regular basis to transport students; and any vehicle of any size that is being used in the transportation of hazardous materials as defined in Virginia Code § 46.2-341.4 is prohibited at all times on the above-described streets, both sides, within the Riverview Community Parking District.

(c)

Signs. Signs delineating the Riverview Community Parking District shall indicate the following:

NO PARKING
Watercraft
Trailers, Motor Homes
Vehicles ≥ 3 Axles
Vehicles GVW ≥ 12,000 lbs.
Vehicles ≥ 16 Passengers
Except School Buses
Hazmat Vehicles
