§ 9.2-3-5. Continuity of service.

A Grantee shall operate its cable system pursuant to its franchise requirements without interruption, except as otherwise provided in this Chapter or its franchise agreement. If the Grantee's system is transferred to another party, the Grantee shall ensure an orderly transfer of operations so that subscribers' service is not interrupted. (35-19-9.2.)
