§ 9.2-3-4. Franchise term.

The term of a franchise shall not exceed fifteen years from the date the franchise is accepted by a Grantee. This provision shall not be construed to prohibit or restrict the extension of an existing franchise term pending renewal proceedings pursuant to applicable law. (35-19-9.2.)
