§ 83-1-1. Motorboats; prohibition of use of over ten horsepower on or in the internal waters of the County.

It shall be unlawful for any person to operate any boat on the internal waters of the County having a motor or motors, singly or in combination, of more than ten (10) horsepower. (11-6-61, § 2; 1961 Code, § 17-3.1.)
