§ 67.1-10-7. Records; Billing and Collection of Service Charges Generally.

The Director shall:

(a)

Provide for the keeping of an accurate record of the owners and other Users of all premises which are served by the Facilities of the County;

(b)

Provide for billing, collection and enforcement of collection of all service charges imposed by this Article; and

(c)
