§ 13-1-5. When auxiliary police personnel may be called into service.

  • The Chief of Police or County Executive may call into service such auxiliary policemen as may be deemed necessary:

    (a)

    In time of public emergency.

    (b)

    At such times as there is an insufficient number of regular policemen to preserve the peace, safety and good order of the community.

    (c)

    At any time for the purpose of training such auxiliary policemen. (10-83-13.)
