§ 13-1-4. Authority to prescribe uniform, equipment, organization and regulations.

The Chief of Police shall have the authority to prescribe the uniform, equipment, organization and such rules and regulations as he shall deem necessary for the operation of the auxiliary police force. (10-83-13.)
