§ 10-4.1-4. Enforcement and violations.

The Director of the Department of Cable and Consumer Services and the Zoning Administrator of Fairfax County and their authorized designees shall be responsible for the administration of this Article.

Any person who violates a provision of this Article, upon conviction, may be subjected to the punishment prescribed for a Class 4 misdemeanor. Each day that a violation is allowed to continue shall constitute a separate and distinct offense. (4-82-10A; 05-13-10.)
