§ 10-4.1-3. Sale on the basis of the metric system.

Whenever a motor vehicle fuel is dispensed and advertised for sale on the basis of the metric system, i.e., price per liter rather than price per gallon, there shall be posted on the premises in a place open and convenient to the public a conversion table which contains equivalent liter-to-gallon comparisons and price-per-liter to price-per-gallon comparisons, as specified in Appendix A. ⁵ ^[] (05-13-10.)
