§ 9.2-3-8. Franchise validity.

A Grantee agrees, by its acceptance of a franchise, to accept the validity of the terms and conditions of its franchise agreement, and of this Chapter as it stands at the time of acceptance, in their entirety and that it will not, at any time, proceed against the County in any claim or proceeding challenging any term or provision of this Chapter or its franchise as unreasonable, arbitrary, or void, or that the County did not have the authority to impose such term or condition.
