§ 9.2-3-2. Grant of franchise.

(a)

The Board may grant one or more non-exclusive cable franchises, and each such franchise shall be awarded by ordinance in accordance with and subject to the provisions of this Chapter.

(b)

This Chapter may be amended from time to time, and in no event shall this Chapter be considered a contract between the County and a Grantee such that the County would be prohibited from amending any provision hereof.

(c)

A franchise agreement may only be amended by mutual written consent of the Board and Grantee. (35-19-9.2.)
