§ 84.1-2-8. Certificate and other fees.

(a)

The annual fee for each taxicab certificate will be $150.00. The fee for each newly authorized taxicab certificate will be established on a pro rata basis from the date of initial issuance until December 31 of the calendar year in which the certificate was issued.

(b)

An annual taxicab inspection fee of $20.00 will be paid for each taxicab certificate.

(c)

A vehicle substitution fee of $25.00 will be paid for each vehicle substitution made in accordance with Section 84.1-2-13.

(d)

A replacement taxicab certificate fee of $25.00 will be paid for each replacement taxicab certificate issued to an operator.
