§ 84.1-1-1. Purpose of chapter.

The purpose of this Chapter is to regulate the operation of taxicabs for hire within the County to ensure safe, reliable, adequate and efficient taxicab service and to prescribe a schedule of reasonable rates for the services regulated herein.
