§ 82-5-13. Parking at meters indicating unused time and rates for parking in pay for parking zones.

(a)

Any person placing a vehicle in a parking space adjacent to a meter which indicates that unused time has been left in the meter by the previous occupant of the space shall not be required to pay as long as his occupancy of such space does not exceed the indicated unused parking time.

(b)

The rate for pay for parking zones established pursuant to Section 82-5-11 shall be determined by the County Executive. (7-17-68; 1961 Code, § 16-122.7; 50-93-82; 02-18-82.)
