§ 82-5-0. Definitions.

For the purposes of this Article, the following words and phrases shall have the meanings ascribed to them in this Section, except in those instances where the context clearly indicates a different meaning:

(a)

Acceptable form of payment means the use of United States legal tender in the form of coins or paper currency, as well as the use of a credit card and other forms of payment or the equivalent as determined by the Board of Supervisors or approved designee.

(b)

Public right-of-way denotes land or property dedicated and used for public street purposes such as pedestrian, roadway or highway use in Fairfax County. (02-18-82.)
