§ 82-1-35. Compliance with Chapter; penalty for violation of Chapter.

It shall be unlawful for any person to violate any of the provisions of this Chapter and unless otherwise stated, such violations shall constitute traffic infractions punishable by a fine of not more than Two Hundred and Fifty Dollars ($250.00).
