§ 82-1-22. Unlawfully permitting another to drive.

It shall be unlawful for any person to authorize or knowingly permit a motor vehicle owned by him or under his control to be driven by any person who has no legal right to do so or in violation of Virginia Code, Chapter 3, Subtitle II, Title 46.2. (3-13-63; 1961 Code, § 16-22.)
