§ 82-1-13. Applicability of Chapter to vehicles regardless of ownership.

The provisions of this Chapter applicable to the drivers of vehicles upon the highways shall apply to the drivers of all vehicles regardless of ownership, subject to such specific exceptions as are set forth in this Chapter. (3-13-63; 1961 Code, § 16-13.)
