§ 69.1-5-8. Temperature Requirements.

Spa pool water temperature shall not exceed 104 degrees Fahrenheit. A thermostat shall be provided for the control of the spa pool water temperature. An accurate, impact resistant spa pool thermometer shall be kept in each spa pool for measuring water temperature. (28-01-69.1; 5-05-69.1.)
