The maximum individual spa pool bather load shall be calculated by dividing the total
water surface area in square feet of each spa within the spa pool facility by ten
square feet or shall be determined by the Director at the time of construction. The
designated maximum individual spa pool bather load and the maximum facility load shall
not be exceeded. The pool operator shall be responsible for enforcing the maximum
individual spa pool bather load and the maximum facility load. (28-01-69.1; 5-05-69.1.)
