§ 68.1-5-8. Expiration; Renewal.

Registration under this Chapter shall be for one year commencing January 1 and expiring on December 31. Registration may be renewed upon payment of the annual fee and submission of required application before December 31 provided no previous registration has been suspended or revoked, no outstanding fees exist, and further provided that the applicant has complied with the terms of this Article.
