§ 67.1-9-1. Application for connection generally; unauthorized use of service.

(a)

Whenever any owner of any premises within the County desires to connect the sewerage facilities of such premises to the Facilities of the County, he or his duly authorized representatives shall make application for sewerage service on the contract forms furnished by the Director. All applications for sewerage service shall clearly indicate all uses of the premises for which the services to be rendered by the Facilities of the County are to be utilized.

(b)

Any owner of premises who utilizes the services of the Facilities of the County for any unapproved use shall be guilty of a violation of this Ordinance. (39-93-67.1.)
