§ 67.1-7-1. Right of Entry: Inspection and Sampling.

  • (a)

    Industrial Users shall allow the Director and any duly authorized representative of the Director ready access to all areas of the premises of the Industrial User, or premises where its records are kept, for the purposes of inspection, inspection-related photography, sampling, records examination and copying and any other purposes related to the enforcement of this ordinance.

    (b)

    Where an Industrial User has security measures in force which require proper identification and clearance before entry into its premises, such User shall make necessary arrangements with its security staff so that, upon presentation of suitable identification, the Director and any duly authorized representative of the Director, State, and EPA personnel will be permitted to enter without delay for the purpose of performing their responsibilities pursuant to this ordinance and applicable State and Federal law.

    (c)

    No Industrial User shall refuse or unreasonably delay access by the Director to the Industrial User's premises. (44-09-67.1.)
