If sampling performed by an Industrial User indicates a violation, the Industrial
User must notify the Director within 24 hours of becoming aware of the violation.
The Industrial User shall repeat the sampling and analysis and submit the results
of such analysis to the Director within 30 days of becoming aware if the initial violation.
Notwithstanding the above, the Director may waive resampling requirements if the Director
monitors the facility at least once a month, or if the Director conducts a sampling
between the Industrial User's initial sampling and the Industrial User's receipt to
the results of the initial sampling or if the Director has performed the sampling
analysis in lieu of the Industrial User. (44-09-67.1.)
