§ 67.1-5-7. Wastewater Discharge Permit Reissuance.

A Significant Industrial User shall apply for permit reissuance at least six months before the expiration of its existing permit by submitting a completed permit application in accordance with Section 67.1-4-6, unless otherwise authorized by the Director. (44-09-67.1.)
