§ 67.1-4-9. Wastewater Discharge Permit Decisions.

The Director will evaluate the data furnished by the Industrial User and, within 90 days of receipt of all required information, determine whether or not to issue a wastewater discharge permit. The failure to make such a decision within the required period will be deemed a denial of the application. (44-09-67.1.)
