Any User that does not possess a valid wastewater discharge permit, as of the effective
date of this ordinance, and that is required by this ordinance to obtain such permit,
and that was discharging into the POTW prior to the effective date of this ordinance,
shall, within 30 days after said date, apply to the Director for a wastewater discharge
permit in accordance with this ordinance. Such User shall not cause or allow discharges
to the POTW after the effective date of this ordinance except in accordance with a
valid wastewater discharge permit. (44-09-67.1.)
