§ 67.1-2-3. State Pretreatment Standards.

(a)

Users are required to comply with applicable State pretreatment standards and requirements as set out in 9 VAC 25-31-800 which is incorporated herein by reference.

(b)

Upon the promulgation by the State of requirements and limitations on discharges that are more stringent than the equivalent Federal and County limitations, the State limitation shall apply. (44-09-67.1.)
