§ 67.1-1-10. Damage to Facilities of the County to be Reported to Director; Liability for Expense, Loss or Damage.

Any Person violating any of the provisions of this Ordinance or a wastewater discharge permit, or causing damage to the POTW, or otherwise interfering with the POTW, shall be liable to the County for any damages, costs, attorney fees, and other expenses caused by such violations or discharge. In the event of damage to any part of the Facilities of the County, it shall be the responsibility of the Person causing such damage to immediately notify the Director. The necessary repairs or replacement shall be made by the County or under supervision of the County at the expense of the Person causing such damage.
