§ 65-6-7. Pumping of entire building sanitary discharge.

Sanitary discharge shall be conveyed from a building by gravity to the sanitary sewer wherever public sewer is available.

Pumped sewerage systems will only be permitted in unusual circumstances when it can be proven that connection to the sanitary sewer by gravity is technically infeasible. Approvals for pumped sewerage system will be given by the Director of Public Works and Environmental Services. (15-95-65; 18-98-65.)
