§ 65-5-2. Employment of helpers and apprentices.

Nothing in this Chapter shall be construed to prohibit the employment of a helper or apprentice working directly with another who is licensed as a master or journeyman plumbing tradesman or gas fitter pursuant to the Code of Virginia, as amended. (15-95-65; 18-98-65.)
