§ 65-4-1. Appeals to the Board of Building Code Appeals.

The Board of Building Code Appeals shall hear appeals from the decisions of the Building Official made pursuant to this Chapter.

Appeals pursuant to this Article shall be in accordance with the Building Provisions, Chapter 61, of the Code of the County of Fairfax. (15-95-65; 18-98-65.)
