§ 64-5-2. Employment of helpers and apprentices.

Nothing in this Chapter shall be construed to prohibit the employment of a helper or apprentice working directly with another who is licensed as a master or journeyman HVAC tradesman pursuant to the Code of Virginia, as amended. (14-95-64; 17-98-64.)
