§ 62-2-1. County Fire Marshal and Deputy Fire Marshal—Creation of office; appointment; powers and duties generally; salary.

The Office of County Fire Marshal is hereby created. The County Executive shall appoint a County Fire Marshal whose powers and duties shall be as set forth in this Chapter.
