§ 4-5-4. Administration, collection and distribution of local motor vehicle fuel sales tax.

All revenues collected from the motor vehicle sales tax shall be collected, administered, and distributed in accordance with the provision of Code of Virginia, §§ 58.1-1719 through 58.1-1724.1, as amended, and any regulations promulgated thereunder. (10-76-4; 19-99-4.)
