§ 43.1-7-1. Fee Schedule; Annual.

  • The following fees shall be paid to the Director (i) annually by December 31 for facilities operating 12-months a year, or (ii) prior to the issuance of the operating permit for facilities operating on a seasonal schedule or facilities operating on a temporary basis:

    Annual Temporary Event Application for exempt organizations under Virginia Code Sections 35.1-25 and 35.1-26. Must provide proof of organizations status as 501(c)(3), 501(c)(6), 501(c)(7), 501(c)(10), 501(c)(19), or 501(c)(23). .....45.00

    Temporary Event Application for an individual Fairfax County resident participating in only one event per calendar year .....45.00
