§ 41.1-2-3. Certificate of vaccination prerequisite to issuance of dog licenses.

(a)

No license tag shall be issued for any dog unless the Director of Tax Administration receives either a certificate of rabies vaccination that complies with Section 41.1-2-1 or satisfactory evidence that such certificate has been obtained.

(b)

The certificate shall show the date of vaccination, the type of vaccine used (whether modified live virus or inactivated virus), the rabies tag number, the expiration date of the vaccination, the sex and breed of the dog and the name of the owner. (26-04-41.1; 67-08-41.1.)
