(a)
Any member adversely affected by a decision of the Board shall receive written notice
of said decision and may, within 30 days of receipt of said notice, request in writing
a review by the Board of said decision, pursuant to procedures established by the
Board.
(b)
Notwithstanding Subsection (a) of this Section, upon written application of a member
adversely affected by a decision of the Board and for good cause shown, the Board
may reconsider such previous decision. This Subsection is to apply retroactively.
