§ 3-2-20. Cessation of membership.

The membership of any person in the System shall cease:

(a)

If he or she ceases to be an employee for a period of five years, having had less than five years of creditable service on his or her date of separation from the County or School Board; or

(b)

Upon separation and withdrawal of his or her accumulated contributions; or

(c)

If a member, as defined in Section 3-2-19(b)(1), gives the Board written notice of his or her withdrawal from the System; or

(d)
