§ 3-2-18. Prohibited interest of member or employee of Board.

(a)

The State and Local Government Conflict of Interests Act, Section 2.2-3100 et seq., of the Virginia Code, shall apply to members and employees of the Board.

(b)

No member or employee of the Board shall, directly or indirectly, for himself or herself or as an agent in any manner use the funds of the System, except to make such current and necessary payments as are authorized by the Board. (20-81-3; 2-16-3.)
