§ 2-2-6. Property seized by police; disposition of proceeds of sale of property.

Latest version.

The proceeds of any sale made as provided in Section 2-2-1 shall be paid into the County treasury and credited to the County General Fund or may be paid into the Fairfax County Crime Solvers' Treasury.
