§ 2-1-2. Work or construction on public property; application; plans and specifications.

No permit required by Section 2-1-1 shall be issued except upon a written application on forms as prescribed by the Director of Land Development Services, or his agent, submitted together with such plans and specifications of the work or construction proposed to be done as the Director of Land Development Services, or his agent, may require.
