§ 118-9-2. Criminal Violations and Penalties.

(a)

Violators of this Chapter shall be guilty of a Class 1 misdemeanor.

(b)

Each day any violation of this Chapter shall continue shall constitute a separate offense.

(c)

In addition to any criminal penalties provided under this Article, any person who violates any provision of this Chapter may be liable to the County in a civil action for damages, or for injunctive relief. (32-03-118.)
