Unless modified by the Director, a minimum of four copies of the Water Quality Impact
Assessment shall be submitted to the Director for review in conjunction with the submission
of a plan of development. The Director may, at his discretion, require additional
copies of the Water Quality Impact Assessment to be submitted. Where the Water Quality
Impact Assessment is submitted pursuant to an exception request under Article 5 or
Article 6, the Water Quality Impact Assessment and the exception request may be submitted
as a combined document. Where the Water Quality Impact Assessment is submitted pursuant
to a use in the Resource Protection Area allowed under this Chapter, the Water Quality
Impact Assessment may be submitted as part of a site plan, subdivision construction
plan, or grading plan. (32-03-118; 16-07-118.)
