The Advisory Committee shall advise the Board and the Planning Commission regarding
the proposed establishment, modification, renewal, continuation and termination of
agricultural and forestal districts. In particular, the Advisory Committee shall render
expert advice relating to the desirability of such actions including advice as to
the nature of farming and forestry and farm and forest resources within the proposed
district and surrounding area and the relation of such activities in the district
to the entire County. (13-83-115.)
