§ 115-3-1. Application initiation.

(a)

Any owner or owners of land may submit an application to the Board of Supervisors for the establishment of local agricultural and forestal district within Fairfax County.

(b)

All owners shown on the deed of any parcel proposed for inclusion in the district must sign the application form and thereby evidence their desire for that parcel to be included in the district. (13-83-115.)
