§ 115-4-4. Referral to the Advisory Committee.

(a)

After thirty (30) days have passed following the date the initial notice is published pursuant to Section 115-4-2, the application shall be referred to the Advisory Committee established by the Board under Article 7 of this Chapter.

(b)

The Advisory Committee shall review the application and shall submit a report, including recommendations, to the Planning Commission.

(c)

In preparing the recommendation, the Advisory Committee shall consider the criteria set forth under Article 5 of this Chapter and any proposal for modification which may have been submitted pursuant to Section 115-4-3. (21-95-115.)
